A deposit may be required before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% per month.

We will notify clients and reschedule as soon as conditions permit.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

Plant health and survival are not guaranteed due to variables beyond our control (e.g., weather, soil conditions, care after installation).

Hardscape installations may include limited warranties.

Details will be provided in your specific service agreement.

8. Liability

Rock Creek Landscapes and Dirt Worx is not liable for damage to underground utilities not properly marked or disclosed by the client.

We are insured and will cover damages caused by our negligence.

Clients agree not to hold us responsible for delays or damages due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, supply chain issues).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Rock Creek Landscapes and Dirt Worx and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if:

A client violates these Terms; The working environment is unsafe; There is non-payment or repeated cancellations.
